This sample set includes three 5x7 panels curated with our surfaces that can be used with both acrylic and oil paint. The set includes both canvas and linen surfaces with varying degrees of absorbency.

L22U Artfix Belgian Linen: A strong, all purpose linen with two layers of Artfix universal acrylic primer that is hand primed in France. The surface is more matte than traditional “glossy” primers. Use with oil, acrylic, alkyd, egg tempera and casein.

23SC Smooth Cotton: A triple acrylic primed, professional grade canvas with added durability due to its synthetic polyflax fibers. The smooth surface has little absorbency to produce translucent effects similar to oil primed linen.

56MC Medium Cotton: A double acrylic primed, 100% cotton duck canvas with a medium weave, uniform texture. The absorbent surface grabs paint for an opaque effect. Ideal for landscapes.
